I had such a great time with Kimmy and Connor wandering the streets of the West Village in New York. Kimmy works in fashion art direction and had clear ideas about how she wanted the session to look. I always love this as it's so fun working together to bring the vision to life. Obviously the New York streets are an ideal canvas for an engagement session and really give that iconic vibe for the shots. And of coure, it fits perfectly with film photography. For this, I shot a mixture of Kodak Ultramax 400 for the colour and Kodak Tri-X for the Black and White. I also shot a few shots on my little Fuji X100V, see if you can spot which ones are shot on digital, they match surprisingly well! I also shot a little Super 8 film as well, which you can see below. If you'd like me to come to wherever you are and document your engagement, contact me below and let's make it happen!
